Virginia is actively involved in several committees of the Business Section of the American Bar Association and is also a member of the International Bar Association. She has taught classes on International Business Transactions at the University of Alabama School of Law and regularly serves as a speaker on topics relating to mergers and acquisitions and other aspects of corporate and transactional law practice.
