Charles Sharman focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He advises clients on breach of contract claims; various tort claims, including tortious interference, fraud and fraudulent inducement, breach of fiduciary duties, and negligence and gross negligence; oil and gas disputes, including midstream related disputes, oil trading related disputes, and oil royalty disputes; the Texas Public Information Act; construction disputes; and catastrophic personal injury disputes.

During law school, Charles won the CALI Award (top grade) in Antitrust, Constitutional Criminal Procedure, and Secured Transactions; made the Dean’s List each semester; participated on the Marquette Law School National Black Law Students Association Mock Trial Regional Team; participated as a mediator in small claims court through Marquette’s Mediation Clinic; acted as an academic success advisor; and was elected by his classmates to deliver the graduation commencement address.
