Caroline Spore represents clients from a broad array of industries in state and federal litigation and arbitration. She litigates on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial disputes, including contract and business tort litigation, trade secret and other intellectual property matters, business divorces, and real estate disputes. Her experience spans every stage in the litigation process, including trial and appeal. As an appellate advocate, she has argued before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit, where she argued on behalf of a pro bono client.

Caroline’s litigation practice includes issues related to environmental law. She has experience handling administrative matters before the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and in litigation under the Clean Water Act, RCRA, CERCLA/Superfund and their state counterparts, as well as trespass and nuisance disputes. She also has worked on national teams defending consumer products companies in litigation related to chemical exposure claims.

Before joining Bradley, Caroline clerked for the Hon. Julia Gibbons of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She graduated (summa cum laude) from Washington University School of Law, where she received a full-tuition Dean’s Fellow scholarship and was senior executive editor of the Washington University Law Review.
