    • Prisoner class action and pro se litigation
      Assisted in the defense of class action brought by prisoners claiming Eighth Amendment violations due to conditions of confinement, including serving as trial counsel in six-week trial and coordinating all discovery and e-discovery. Defends pro se matters brought by inmates alleging healthcare and mental healthcare claims related to their conditions of confinement.

      Coordinated clients’ discovery and e-discovery efforts, through document collection, review, and production, in complex commercial and tort litigations, class actions, and MDL cases.
