Prisoner class action litigation Assisted in the defense of class action brought by prisoners claiming Eighth Amendment violations due to conditions of confinement, including coordinating all discovery and e-discovery. Contractor investigation Represented client in investigation it initiated against contractors working at its facility. Debt enforcement  Assisted client in collecting debts after debtor was deceased through verified claims process in probate actions; have enrolled foreign judgments in the state of Mississippi to assist client in collecting debts.
