Obtained dismissal of contract and fraud claims brought against a coal mine and its executives. Obtained favorable pre-litigation settlement of Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims arising out of boat dealership’s failure to disclose and satisfy an outstanding mortgage of $277,159 and other liens prior to the sale of a used boat. Represented 71 former tenants of the Metropolitan Apartment Complex in a lawsuit arising out of a fire and subsequent eviction, which resulted in a favorable confidential settlement.
