Represented 71 former tenants of the Metropolitan Apartment Complex in a lawsuit arising out of a fire and subsequent eviction, which resulted in a favorable confidential settlement. Represented Switzerland-based manufacturer of metal bending machine in personal injury, product liability lawsuit in Lauderdale County, Alabama. Represented distributor of concrete sealant products in product liability lawsuit in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
