Represented 71 former tenants of the Metropolitan Apartment Complex in a lawsuit arising out of a fire and subsequent eviction, which resulted in a favorable confidential settlement. Represented a Switzerland-based manufacturer of metal bending machine in personal injury and product liability lawsuit in Lauderdale County, Alabama. Represented the distributor of concrete sealant products in product liability lawsuit in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
