Beginning in 2020, Kimberly led efforts to develop a business nonprofit legal service provider aimed at providing much-needed transactional legal assistance to small businesses in the Carolinas owned by diverse and underserved entrepreneurs. She also regularly represents survivors of domestic violence or human trafficking on a pro bono basis in custody, support and divorce proceedings. In addition, Kimberly enjoys being an active mentor for younger attorneys as they progress in their legal careers.
