Bradley Continues Atlanta Office Growth with Arrival of Beccah Bower and Zac LeVasseur
Bradley’s Atlanta office continues to expand, adding financial services counsel Rebeccah L. Bower and franchise litigation counsel Zachary LeVasseur.

Bradley’s Atlanta office is now the third largest location in the firm’s footprint, having more than tripled in size since opening in May 2023. Building on the firm’s national platform, the office has expanded both in size and in scope, adding top-tier talent and capabilities to meet the needs of clients in one of the region’s most competitive business markets. Ms. Bower’s background as a regulator and her extensive experience handling complex financial litigations and investigations adds significant depth to Bradley’s Banking & Financing Services team and provides a strong regulatory presence in the Atlanta office. While serving as an assistant litigation deputy with the CFPB’s Enforcement Division, Ms. Bower personally handled and oversaw large-scale investigations and litigations involving consumer financial laws across a wide spectrum of financial product and service providers. In this role, she also advised the Supervision Division in ongoing examinations. Ms. Bower also brings significant tax controversy experience to Bradley, having litigated and advised the IRS on complicated tax matters at both DOJ’s Tax Division and the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in matters including allegations of fraud, syndicated conservation easements, micro-captive insurance, and other tax shelters and promotions. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A. from Clemson University.
Mr. LeVasseur is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and Franchise & Distribution team and focuses his practice on franchise compliance, disclosure and litigation work. He previously served as senior corporate counsel with a leading developer of global foodservice brands based in Atlanta, where he gained valuable in-house experience, particularly in franchise operations, enforcement of brand standards, litigation, and preparation of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD). Mr. LeVasseur’s unique experience positions him to provide strategic support to clients and colleagues, expanding Bradley’s national franchise team and adding to the depth of franchise capabilities in the Atlanta office. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from the University of Chicago.
