Williams Trucking, a transportation firm engaged in trucking, logistics, freight brokerage and warehousing, in its sale to Haney and White Enterprises. Represented Birmingham Fastener and Supply in numerous acquisitions, including Pacific Coast Bolt, Champion Gaskets, K-T Bolt Manufacturing, Steel City Bolt and Screw, and Atlanta Rod and Manufacturing. Represented Pearl Dentistry in the sale of a portfolio of dental practices to Guardian Dentistry Partners. Represented Triple Aim Partners in its recapitalization of Synapse Health, a technology-enabled durable medical equipment company. Represented private equity fund in its majority investment in a national media company operating multiple American cable television networks. Represented Eastside Partners and its portfolio company Meazure Learning, formerly known as ProctorU, in its recapitalization with Gryphon Investors.
