(38th Judicial District Court, Cameron Parish, Louisiana) Successfully negotiated favorable settlement for client in lawsuit brought by property owners against oil and gas leaseholders and operators for injunction relief and monetary damages in excess of $450,000,000, arising out those defendants alleged violations of Louisiana environmental laws vis-à-vis the disposal of produced water.
