      Obtained a defense verdict for mobile home dealer against claims in excess of $2,000,000 for construction defects and related claims of injury due to exposure to toxic mold.

      Romano v. United States of America, et al. (S.D. Miss.)
      Obtained summary judgment for major oil company on claims of neurological disorders and other personal injuries resulting from chemical and other pollutant exposure.

      McRunnels v. Calsonic Kansei North America, Inc. (S.D. Miss.)
      Obtained summary judgment for manufacturer of automotive exhaust systems on claims of sexual harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and punitive damages.

      Smith v. Phillips 66 Company, et al., (Smith County Circuit Court, Jones County Miss.)
      Obtained summary judgment for oilfield service company on claims of asbestos exposure arising under Mississippi products liability law.

      Martin v. Phillips 66 Company, et al., Jones County Circuit Court, Jones County Mississippi
      Obtained summary judgment for oilfield service company on claims of asbestos exposure arising under Mississippi products liability law.

      Hood Industries, Inc. v. Mills (S.D. Miss.)
      Successfully represented hardwood veneer supplier and employees against claims of misappropriation of trade secrets and other proprietary business information.

      Acquisition of Commercial Property
      Representation of a major retailer in the negotiation and purchase of various shopping center properties, including negotiation and resolution of various complex commercial zoning and setback issues.

      Bernard v. Petroleum Resource Management, Inc., et al. (38th Judicial District Court, Cameron Parish, Louisiana)
      Successfully negotiated favorable settlement for client in lawsuit brought by property owners against oil and gas leaseholders and operators for injunction relief and monetary damages in excess of $450,000,000, arising out those defendants alleged violations of Louisiana environmental laws vis-à-vis the disposal of produced water.
