Jacque Kruppa has almost 20 years of experience focusing on corporate, securities, and regulatory representation of commercial banks, holding companies, other financial institutions, and their owners. Jacque has represented banks and bank holding companies in over 90 M&A transactions, including whole bank and branch acquisitions. 

Her corporate and securities practice has included representation of issuers and placement agents in over 60 private offerings of equity and debt securities. In addition, Jacque has advised clients on the issuance of over $1.0 billion in preferred stock and subordinated debt under the Emergency Capital Investment Program.

Jacque regularly advises financial institutions regarding regulatory matters involving the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and other state regulatory agencies, including the Texas Department of Banking.

She also advises clients on various strategic opportunities, including de novo bank formations, Subchapter S restructuring, share repurchases and tender offers, charter conversions, and holding company formations. 

Jacque has been a speaker at numerous banking events, including events sponsored by the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, the Texas Bankers Association, the Oklahoma Bankers Association, Women in Community Banking, Financial Women in Texas, the Independent Community Bankers of America, and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is president of Women in Community Banking, which is a networking group for women in the community banking industry. 

Jacque received her B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and her law degree from Southern Methodist University.
