      Represent commercial lenders and servicers in foreclosure and receivership proceedings.

      Represent banks and bank-holding companies in opposing third-party subpoenas demanding sensitive information.

      Litigate and arbitrate disputes on behalf of brokerage firms in Texas state and federal courts and FINRA proceedings.

      Represent registered representatives in FINRA investigations.
