    • Regulatory examination and investigation process
      Advise some of the nation’s largest financial institutions through the regulatory examination and investigation process, including conducting risk assessments, managing and responding to examination requests, working with examiners during on-site reviews, and responding to Proposed Action and Request for Response (PARR) letters and other examination reports.

      Enforcement matters
      Represent clients in various stages of the enforcement process, including responding to Civil Investigative Demands (CID) for documents, data and oral testimony. Enforcement work includes representing clients up to and through settlement, where appropriate.

      Compliance matters
      Help clients bring their operations into compliance with the Mortgage Servicing Final Rules in Regulations X and Z and the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule, as well as a host of federal and state regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Crediting Reporting Act (FCRA) and Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
