Dispute resolution Counsel clients in resolution of commercial disputes between joint venture partners who seek a “business divorce” as well as borrowers, guarantors, creditors and contractual counterparties involving default and exercise of remedies that may lead to pursuing or defending claims in the context of mediation, litigation, arbitration, receivership or bankruptcy. Local counsel Issues legal opinions in connection with multistate projects and serves as local Texas counsel for transactions originated outside of Texas secured by real property in Texas. Outside general counsel Provide legal services to banks and private companies to provide custom tailored pricing solutions for outside general counsel needs.
