Driving Directions from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport via I-75 and I-85:
Head northeast and turn left toward Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Blvd. Turn left onto N. Outer Loop Rd. toward I-85 N. Loop Road/Airport Park-Ride/Domestic Terminal/Rental Car Return. Turn right and take the ramp onto I-85 N. Take Exit 251-A toward 17^th St./Midtown. Turn right onto 17^th St. NE. Turn right onto Peachtree St. NE. Turn right on 15^th St. Destination will be on the left.

Driving Directions from 1-85 South:
Take I-85 S to Techwood Drive NW in Atlanta and take Exit 84 for 17^th Street towards 14^th/10^th Streets. Continue on Techwood Drive NW and turn left onto US-19 N/14^th Street NW. Turn left onto West Peachtree Street NE. Turn right onto 15^th St. NE. The entrance to the parking deck will be on your right after Hampton Inn & Suites.

Turn right onto 17^th St. NE. Turn right onto Peachtree St. NE. Turn right on 15^th St. Destination will be on the left.

Driving Directions from I-285 North:
Head south on I-285 S. Take Exit 2 for Camp Creek Pkwy. toward Domestic Airport. Keep left at the fork to continue toward Camp Creek Pkwy. Take the ramp on the left onto I-285 N. Take Exit 10-A to merge onto I-20 E toward Ralph D. Abernathy Freeway/Atlanta. Take Exit 57 toward Chattanooga/Greenville onto I-75 N/I-85 N (Honorable Rodney Mims Cook Memorial Highway). From MARTA:
Exit the train at the Midtown MARTA station. Exit the MARTA station onto Peachtree Place.

Walk up the hill on Peachtree Place to Peachtree St. Turn left on Peachtree St. Turn left on Peachtree St. at 15^th St. The office is located at the Promenade Tower, 1230 Peachtree St. NE. The office is on Peachtree St. off 15^th St.

Parking:
Parking for Promenade Tower is available at the parking garage entry located on 15^th St. The parking garage has a walkway to the building. Proceed to the Guard Desk on G level and ask to go to Bradley’s office on the 19^th floor. They will scan your driver’s license and grant you access.

Our office is centrally located in the heart of Midtown in the Promenade Tower, 1230 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.

Parking

The Promenade Tower is located on Peachtree Street between 14^th Street and 15^th Street. The parking garage is located next to the building with one entrance off 14^th Street and two entrances off 15^th Street. Please take a ticket when entering the parking deck.

Arrival

The parking garage has a walkway to the building, which is located on the 7^th floor. *Visit the guard desk on G level and ask to go to Bradley on the 21^st floor. Security may scan your driver’s license in order to grant you access.

*Please note that you cannot select a floor on the exterior panel or from inside the elevator. You will need to be granted access by security on G level.
