Represented publicly traded supplier of raw water transmission pipe products in $20 million construction defect and delay claim case regarding the expansion of a county government’s water treatment facility. Represented private developers regarding the construction of a $70 million luxury beachfront hotel and resort. As lead trial counsel, successfully defended a prime subcontractor client in a bet-the-company arbitration against the general contractor’s claims of delay, supplementation, and breach of contract damages regarding the $50 million renovation and expansion of a luxury hotel in Naples, Florida.
