I.M. Systems Group, Inc., B-422727.2, et al. (2025) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a GAO bid protest involving a solicitation issued by the Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for scientific and technical services.  Telesto Group, LLC v. United States, COFC No. 24-1784 (2025) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a high-profile U.S. Court of Federal Claims bid protest involving the Army’s conduct of the prototype phase of the Enterprise Business System – Convergence (EBS-C) program, which was conducted under the Army’s other transactions authority (OTA).  MicroTechnologies LLC, B-423197.2, et al. (2025) Successfully represented the protester in a large GAO bid protest involving a task order award issued by the Department of the Air Force for Combined Air and Space Operations Center for communications support for the U.S. Air Forces Central Command. OBXtek, Inc., B-422057, et al. (2024) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a GAO bid protest involving a solicitation issued by the Department of the Air Force for pilot instruction and related services at several domestic and overseas locations. AECOM Technical Services, Inc., B-422030, et al. (2024) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a GAO bid protest involving a solicitation issued by the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), for program integration and support services. Clearwaters Industries Solutions, LLC, SBA No. SIZ-6311 (2024) Successfully defended the contract-awardee in a size protest appeal before the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA).  Zolon PCS II, LLC v. United States, COFC No. 23-1420 (2024) Successfully represented the protester in a high-profile U.S. Court of Federal Claims protest involving the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s issuance of a FAR deviation waiving SAM.gov registration requirements. The multiple-award contract at issue is valued at approximately $1 billion.  Classic Air Charter, Inc., B-421683.5 (2024) Successfully represented the protester, Classic Air Charter, Inc., in a GAO protest challenging the evaluation of proposals and issuance of a contract award by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The contract, valued at approximately $3.6 billion, was for charter flight services to be performed as part of the ICE Air Operations program. The KACE Company, LLC v. United States, COFC No. 23-387C (2023) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a bid protest before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims involving a United States Secret Service solicitation for instructional services and training in digital forensics and cyber investigations. STG International, Inc.; North East South West Healthcare Solutions, LLC; COFC Nos. 23-47C; 23-175C (2023) Successfully represented the protester, North East South West Healthcare Solutions, LLC, in a bid protest before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims involving a medical staffing procurement by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is valued at approximately $2.6 billion. Facility Services Management, Inc., B-420102.3 (2022) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee, Valiant Government Services, LLC, in GAO bid protest involving a task order issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for operation and maintenance services supporting medical facilities at Travis Air Force Base, California. J.E. McAmis, Inc., B-420310 (2022) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a GAO bid protest involving a solicitation issued by the Department of the Army, Army Corps of Engineers, for the Central Everglades Planning Project. Battelle Memorial Institute, B-420403, et al. (2022) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee in a GAO bid protest involving a solicitation issued by the Department of the Navy for architect/engineering (A/E) services. Medline Industries Inc. and Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC v. United States, COFC Nos. 21-1174 & 21-1098 (2021) Successfully represented the lead protester, Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC, in a high-profile U.S. Court of Federal Claims bid protest challenging the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ decision to non-competitively transfer its entire Medical-Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) program, worth an estimated $10 billion to $27 billion, to the Defense Logistics Agency. Tuba Group, B-419733 (2021) Successfully represented the intervenor-awardee, Quality Innovation, Inc., in a GAO bid protest involving a General Services Administration contract award for critical support services to GSA’s National Customer Services Center.
