Rudy also represents financial services clients in appellate matters pending across the Southeast. In handling these matters, Rudy draws on the experience he gained as a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Pryor Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Rudy has presented oral arguments in both state and federal appellate courts.
