Led investigation into doctor’s practice for conducting medically unnecessary diagnostic tests and procedures and for up-coding claims for services.  Led investigation into allegations that hospital laboratory up-coded urine drug screens to obtain additional payments from Medicare.  Led investigation into allegations that national mortgage originator manipulated borrower financial information resulting in false claims to Federal Housing Administration loan insurance program. Led investigation into allegations that pathology laboratory conducted medically unnecessary tests on gastrointestinal specimens submitted by physicians.
