      Investigated allegations that national hospital violated the Anti-Kickback Statute and admitted patients to the hospital without medical necessity.

      Investigated allegations that provider of emergency department services colluded with hospital to violate the Anti-Kickback Statute by admitting patients without medical necessity in exchange for favorable contracts.

      Led investigation into allegations that a major pharmaceutical manufacturer violated the Food Drug and Cosmetics Act by manufacturing drugs in an environment that did not comply with current good manufacturing practices.

      Led investigation into allegations that medical device manufacturer conducted off-label marketing in violation of the Food Drug and Cosmetics Act and violated Anti-Kickback Statute for non-compliant marketing practices, including practice development services and speakers bureau engagements.

      Led investigation into doctor’s practice for conducting medically unnecessary diagnostic tests and procedures and for up-coding claims for services. 

      Led investigation into allegations that hospital laboratory up-coded urine drug screens to obtain additional payments from Medicare. 

      Led investigation into allegations that national mortgage originator manipulated borrower financial information resulting in false claims to Federal Housing Administration loan insurance program.

      Led investigation into allegations that pathology laboratory conducted medically unnecessary tests on gastrointestinal specimens submitted by physicians.
